Returns or Exchanges
Online – If an item needs to be returned or exchanged, please contact email@example.com within 21 days after your product has shipped. All sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Prior notice of return or exchange is required. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please note the reason for the return or exchange. Once approval for return or exchange is given, the item(s) can be returned to:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges. Returns and exchanges are to be shipped using your choice or courier or postal service. We recommend the use of an insured courier. J. Mackenzie Fashions will not be responsible for lost packages.
Items that are returned to J. Mackenzie Fashions must have their original hand tags and labels attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free of odor, debris, stains, smoke, and pet hair. Items not received in this condition will not be eligible for refund or return and will be shipped back to purchaser.
All refunds will be issued to the original credit card used to make the purchase. This includes items purchased as gifts.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card. This depends on your credit card’s billing cycle.
All exchanges will be shipped free of charge back to the customer using expedited shipping only in Canada and United States. If exchanges requires a faster service, this fee will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
All sale items are final purchase and may not be returned or exchanged.
For hygienic reasons there are NO exchanges or returns on lingerie, intimates, swimwear and jewellery and accessories.
Special Order items are non refundable, but may be returned for a store credit. Again, these items must have original hand tags and labels and be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free of odor, debris, stains, smoke, and pet hair.
